3. Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of services

The Website enables:

sending inquiries via the contact form,
submitting vehicle booking requests via the booking form.

The services are provided electronically and are free of charge.

3. Contact form

1. The contact form allows users to send inquiries to the Service Provider.

2. The user provides the following data: full name or company name, email address, phone number, subject of the message, and message content.

3. The Service Provider responds to inquiries as soon as possible, depending on availability.

4. Booking form

1. The booking form is used to submit a request to rent a selected vehicle.

2. The form includes information such as: selected vehicle (make and model), pick-up date, return date (minimum rental period is 7 days), customer type (company or private individual), and in case of a company – company name, full name, email address, and phone number.

3. Submitting the booking form:

a) does not confirm vehicle availability,
b) does not constitute a rental agreement,
c) is only a request for quotation.

4. The vehicle reservation is confirmed only after contact from the Service Provider and agreement of the details.

5. User responsibility

1. The user is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information.

2. It is forbidden to provide unlawful content.

3. The Service Provider is not responsible for the consequences of providing incorrect data by the user.

6. Personal data protection

1. Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

2. Data provided in the forms is used solely for the purpose of:

a) responding to inquiries,
b) contacting users regarding reservations.

3. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the forms.

7. Final provisions

1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

2. In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.

3. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication on the website.
